Shaw Cable - Staff at Guildford do not care about loyal customers!
I have been trying to get the new Shaw Blue sky TV . I have had 6 technical shaw people at my house to install it .
At this time I still have 3 of 7 Boxes that donโt work. I have been lied to no less than 4 times by staff. I have another appointment on Dec, 11th 2018 , this will be the 8th time they have been to my house, witch means I have to be home from work to meet them.
Hopefully by 2019 I will have Blue sky tv, witch by the way I have been paying for! I just wish the staff would not lie to my face repeat times, this includes the Guildford store manager, I have been with shaw from the time they started and this is the way they treated me!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
