I cancelled my account with Shaw Cable as their signal for cable was super shotty and glitchy. The agent handling my cancellation was very sarcastic and rude in a snarky way.

This guy was a real jerk. We agreed on a cancellation price and I paid it in full at the Richmond center store. Been sent a bill for $36 for more cancellation charges.

Ignored it as that was not apart of our agreement, and now been sent to collections to collect $36 that should not be collected. This company is shady.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Shaw Cable Cons: Very poor customer service.

They are shady in every way and I haven't ha any problem yet but I'm switching to Sasktel as soon as i can afford to buyout of of their over priced services once my contract expires. Hope you fight to get that 36 back to you and it not theirs to begin with, hope you take to court for damages to your credit over the $36.

they cfese4rve to be sued for fraudulent charges which you didn't agree with.
