Never sign a term contract with Shaw. Signed up for Shaw Internet 150.
Less than 1 month later for reasons outside of our control we had to move locations and Shaw wasn't able to transfer it so we were charged a $400 cancellation fee. When I spoke to a Shaw representative they said they coudn't do anything about it and we'd be on the hook for the full amount.
I'll be canceling every Shaw service we have and transferring it to Telus, where at least I would get an Xbox or a TV for this level of fraud. THERE IS A REASON THIS COMPANY RANKED SECOND LAST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!
