Shaw Cable - Arrangment
I had phoned in to make an arrangement to pay some 6,days later than I had said origanaly. Agent I spoke to said no problem you won’t be suspended as long as I paid thurs the amount I agreed to.
3 days later the suspanwdws me and won’t reconnect unless I pay full amount. Why is it that when you make an arrangement you have to keep it, but thewhy don’t. Have asked to speak to supervisor 6x from this same agent and he keeps saying the same thing over and over again and while I’m trying to talk he starts talking over me. How hard is it to talk to a supervisor???
If shaw didn’t have the only rights here we would have changed. Been on hold for 3 hours already today with rude reps
