I'm not even a Shaw customer but they're causing me huge grief regardless.
I have a business that serves hundreds of other businesses in Alberta and western Canada, but for some reason earlier this year Shaw has decided to start blocking all of my emails to its customers, which means any of my customers who have a Shaw email address can now no longer receive emails from my business.
I contacted Shaw about this several times, and most of the customer service reps I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. They just couldn't understand what I was saying for some reason and it was painful to come up against that kind of incompetence.
Eventually after many phone calls and emails to Shaw I got to speak to a supervisor who understood the issue but didn't know why it was happening. He promised to look into it, but that was about four months ago now and I haven't heard anything.
I still can not send emails to any Shaw email addresses.
Preferred solution: I would like them to stop blocking my emails from support@timesavr.net

I have not had any help so far, but on the 2nd a repairman will come to see why I don't have anything except ...NO SIGNAL..

Complete lack if service and follow up.
Tried to hook up a 5g modem with a 3 year plan. The modem did not work.
We called and tech tried to fix the problem but could not. A service call was booked for 3 WEEKS out. We then tried to hook up our old modem but it did not work because tech had turned it off? We were then told we had to wait till the tech came out to get the old one working again.
Our security system, our smart tv works off of wifi. Thus was totally unacceptable!
We were then transferred to billing who gave us a long story about how they had to bill us for a new installation and the old modem and once the bill came through we would have to call to get it reversed.
Billing even tried to blame us for the problem!!
This while process took over 2 hours.
We are very concerned that our billing will now be incorrect and why we have to call back to have a charge reversed is head shaking. We are very frustrated and upset at the lack of support we received.

Tried to phone. Kept getting sent to chat. Chat sent me to some agency that wanted me to pay for service. Shaw customer service is no customer service at all

i heard they doing some transiting to rogers takeover. maybe I'm thinking it what happening.
