after refusing to add a digital box to my tv shaws next move was to start removing some of the stations we already had and when i asked them about it they stated that i had to buy the digital box to get them back..
and so i waited for the next statment to arrive thinking that if i have 2less stations my monthly statment should be lower.. they had raised my monthly rate by 4 dollars so i phoned them what a joke those people are they tried to tell me it wasnt them it was the CRTC well if anyone has had that thrown at them as an
excuse for higher rated go to the CRTC web-site and read what it is they do and dont do and they have nothing to do with the rates that you are being charged companies like shaw and telus use the crtc as a tool to put us off .. in my home i have regular cable and regular speed internet which was 99.00 a month which they raised to 103.95 and now throght the
mail i get an offer from shaw i can get 40 stations plu 12 digital station shaw phone and an extreme internet hook up for 99.90 what a bunch of
morons im guessin that anyone that has refused to add a digital box has had a rate increase in their monthly statment 1291e7b
